AA-5 series front seat pans are frequently damaged by either bent tracks and missing bearings or they were assembled without installing the bushings on the rear attach bolts. The rear bolts also have an AN970-3 washer drilled out to a #4 hole. If the AN-970-4 washer in installed, it's OD is too large and will damage the seat. This allows the spar/seat supports to cut into the seat pan. This seat had fine tracks, just assembled without the spacers leaving two 8" cracks. The rear Clevis bolts are originally swaged in place and should never be removed.
